Pro is for working the registries: watch wells and operators, get alerts when wells in your counties change status (newly orphaned, newly plugged), see every recorded change, export any search. Need the data once? Buy a state file for $149 or the national file for $999, no subscription. Downloads stay open for 30 days.

What the data is: registry / header records — API number, operator of record, status, well type, spud / completion / plug dates, depth and location — compiled from 23state oil & gas regulator registries (Texas Railroad Commission, Oklahoma Corporation Commission, CalGEM, Colorado ECMC, Pennsylvania DEP and others) plus the USGS documented-orphaned-wells inventory. It is not production or volume data, and coverage varies by state — see the methodology. API and MCP docs: /developers. Questions? kenny@hyder.me.
